How DO I GET HUGE??! please help!

I am 6'5" and im trying to eat my whole kitchen while working out and damn man its impossible for me to gain weight!!

i am power lighting so my workouts consist of deadlift squat and bench...

although i am getting stronger its very hard for me to gain size!!!

advice would be much thankfull and for all you wise guys no i am not gating growth hormones

nt is so useless for training threads they should just RENAME SPORTS AND TRAINING TO SPORTS cause no ones here ports anything about TRAINING!!!

i mean if you're 6'5, i think it's harder for taller guys to gain weight.

but try negative workouts.

Results don't happen overnight. You need to keep at it and have patience. Often times certain goals can be a 4,5,6, month process or more and peopledon't understand that and give up after a month of killing themselves.

Continue to lift and get in your calories. And get your sleep.
 
IF your frail at 6'5'' you gotta be eating some junk calories to help put on mass,water, what-have-you. I'm 6'4'' i used to havethe same situaton. Eat like that for 3 weeks, calorie sense food, throw some junk food in...pizza, double cheeseburgers,hotdogs..... than for 1 week eatstricktly clean, whole food calories too drop excess water and repeat for another month.
