Yes, I know I will probably get flamed for not knowing.

But real talk.  I want to know how they work because my friend just recently got a job at a Nike Factory about a month or so ago and I was wondering if I can use his Nike Swoosh account to buy stuff.  I don't want to jeopardize his job there because he's my new hook up

. But seriously, can someone explain to me how they work? I'd be really appreciative! Thanks!

You don't pay with real money, just the proof of purchase cut outs from any General Mills cereals. Gnomes process your order sending confirmation through smoke signals found southwest of your home - depending on where you live. Items over 100 proof points are delivered by Teddy Graham. Every fifth purchase gets you a free Nike sock, left or right side not guaranteed - neither is color -- kinda fun to mix and match and trade with your friends.

I'm not sure about the part with the Gnomes, but this is pretty much how it works.

Please people, if you are not gonna say anything intelligent, please don't post with sarcastic comments. OP, since your friend is working at a factory store, he should have access to swoosh.com since he is a Nike employee. Tell him to speak to his manager so he can register on the site. The site usually gives employees a 40% discount. Don't get excited just yet, anniversary AJ's and certain new releases aren't discounted. Your friend can put you down on his list, BUT, it is reserved for immediate family members and cousins, not friends, so you guys gotta work that out. You shouldn't still be using him as just a hookup. Smh. Be a real friend, that would be messed up if you just come around when good stuff releases.

its just like nike.com but the employee makes sends you a referral via email and you make an account...once your account is made with that referral you put all your information into it so can buy most things off the site for 40% off or more
