How hard is it to re-rack the weights?

Football team at my school does this %$!#... Damn punks wrecked the weight room too

... I don't usually see this problem at the local 24 tho.

It's about showing respect not only for someone else who may use the weights, but also the gym employees who have to put that %!*! away at the end of thenight.
