HOW MANY UNPAID STRIKES CAN EBAY GIVE SOMEBODY???

I ask because this fool I had to give a unpaid strike to keeps bidding on auctions I have up, and I have tried blocking him, but then he changed his ebay name (or has an account with almost the same name...

So how many unpaid strikes can ebay give somebody???

I think it is 3, if he keeps changing his account and has 0 feedback you can put a restriction on your auction so people have to have a certain amount to bid

yeah, that's what I do for my auctions.  There's a "restriction" area somewhere when you put up your auction and you can set what kind of people can bid
