how much do you spend money on food? Do you eat out often? Do you cook often? What’s your weekly budget look like? Share if you’re comfortable

$840 a month on regular meals and groceries, not including nicer dinners or special occasions at restaurants.

It's a significant expense that I've been trying to work on for years but my schedule makes cooking meals at home challenging.

Lol from the bay too, I’m not surprised. I’ve been trying to cut back because not only am I paying fat rent, but I have a bad habit on eating out too often

I was told my $600 food spending was a lot but that’s about 20$ a day for 3 or so meals

All you need to buy are vegetables and free range chicken, really pure wild fish. Check out amazon fresh. The grassfed milk I buy is 7.29 in stores but 5.84 on there. I prob spend $100 a week or so. I also go to the farmers market when I can on weekends which has produce for cheaper than stores and better quality.

I like, keep it simple... greens, poultry, and fish is all you really need.

It’s just me so $100 a week, I’ll be eating like a king. I spend a little over $200 a month of food including eating out.

Probably $200 a week? A mixture of eating out, buying groceries, sometimes letting those groceries rot in the fridge and having to buy more groceries.

might be more than that. I’ve never really paid Attention. I know I could be better about what I buy. I could look at better deals. I honestly just grab what I want. And I usually buy organic.

A buck a week is easy to eat off of unless you live to eat. If you eat to live a hundred a week is plenty..

Less than $100. I go to the grocery store once weekly and spend about $75 and then spend no more than $25 on take out, maybe hit the burrito spot 1-2x.

I never go sit down and eat out. Such a waste of money to me.

this is how I move. No idea how much I spend a month.

I eat out hibachi/sushi and Caribbean a couple times a week too and that adds up fast.

It ranges from about $140 to about $160 a week.

More in the last couple months since I've been going out a lot, but I'm cutting back on that

I shop on base at the commissary for majority of my groceries. For every $100 I spend I'm saving about $40 shopping on base.

First week of the month I'll make a large purchase of $150 and another trip towards the end of the month spending around $50. I also purchase bulk snacks, water, and coffee each month from Costco as well.

If there something I would like to eat from a restaurant/fast food should be able to make it at the crib. My cooking skills has improved over the past few years.

Quick eat salad spots(CAVA, Chopt, etc) been taking a lot of my money. But with CAVA selling their spreads in Whole Foods, hopefully I can cut back on eating out.

100$ a week is very feasible if I needed to do it. I would just cook more. Would be boring af though

200 a week. Tryna get it to 150.. 5 kids and wifey. Only eat out on paydays. Usually hit up grocery outlet or foods co here in NorCal cuz it’s cheaper..
