I work in the school system... we get 12 paid sick days and all holidays, 2 weeks for xmas, week for spring break, 2 month summer break, and a week for winter recess

I work 2 jobs. Road construction 0 but benefits are insane.
Winter job at the airport is gov’t so I get all federal holidays paid. 2 weeks sick and 2 weeks vacation and 2 floating holidays.
If I took a year round job at the airport I’d start with 7 weeks pto first year and that’s not including sick pay.
Topped out it’s like 4 months pto
The pay is drastically lower at the airport or else I’d just work there year round.
