Honestly, I would prefer to have 3-5gs on me. (I'm 22 BTW. Not "ballin'" yet).
 
Super 8 a block away from Ceasar's Palace - $40
Shooting a machine gun at ammo world or whatever its called- free
good cigar - $15
petting a tiger - free (way too many tiger exhibits in vegas)
dinner buffet - $10
malt liquor tall boys - $1.50
strip club - $30 w/cabbie hookup + $15 for tipping
Being drunk as hell at 4 AM realizing you'd better stop mouthing off to people before you end up like 2Pac and getting back to the hotel in one piece -priceless
 
I swear theres some really rich people on NT or somethin... i went to vegas for a weekend, i had 300 with me. I clubbed, i gambled, i shopped, i ate, i cameback with 150. (i won on the BJ tables a little). You dont have to have THOUSANDS of dollars to have fun in Vegas, im sure if you do itll be cool but you donthave to. Just spend wisely and to be honest just being there was very fun for me so i didnt HAVE to spend money to have fun, i just did because i wanted to.

you don't need to have tons of money to have fun in Vegas, but how you gonna to see a show, get table at at club or gamble with less than a g

table service alone is 300+
show is 70+
food is 20+
table limits are usually 10+

when I go gamble I play 10/20 hold em where one buy in is already 2k
 
wow who goes to vegas with 2-3k??? unless ur planning on sleeping with escorts 5 times a day.....im going on the 19th for 2 nights and im only taking300bux.....all i need is a 100 bux on the poker table and ill turn it into 400-500bux easy
 
I woudn't plan your trip around expecting to win at the tables or slots...things have tightened up out here its not as easy to win as it used to be. Atleast you can get things comped if you loose like your room and meals

My advice would be to skip blowing all your money gambling and just relax.....go shopping get VIP at the clubs hang out by the pools... its summertime so youhave all the poolside clubs and lounges and the clubs pop off... summer nights it doesnt matter what day of the week it is.

when I go I usually stay for 3 nights and I spend about 1500 not including hotel.
 
Depends...I am not going out to Vegas to see a show thats for sure. Hotel and club money for me...thats all vegas is really good for and even that gets playedfast

seriously $300? Shots are already $10+ at nice clubs how much is 300 going to last you? and shopping with $300 in vegas? majority of the storesare high end stores in the casinos and $300 ain't buyin nothin. You don't have to bring 5k+ if you don't have it, but $300 isn't reallysufficient.
 
Depends what experience you're looking for. You can go there with $500 or you can go with $500,000. And don't think for a minute you won't gamble.I said the same thing and I ended up gambling maybe 12 hours a day. It's pretty hard not to when the whole damn place is a casino.

What my cousin does, that I find pretty smart, is he wires like $700,000 to the casino's house account, and this makes sure that they give him a suite(last time we were there we got two 2-bedroom Skylofts at MGM). It also ensures that EVERYTHING is taken care of (Phantom/Maybach car service, free food at ANYrestaurant in Vegas, VIP passes to the UFC or any show you can dream of...). All he does is buys an LV purse for his hostess and they treat him like a king.Smart man he is.
 
i'm bringing 3k for the blackjack table next month, think i'll be straight just playing 100 dollar hands?
 
i brought about a grand in cash for a 4 day/3 night trip.

keep in mind that since youre going on a weekend, everything from table limits to cover at clubs will be higher.

i recomended getting bottle service at least once. IMO you get the true VIP experience.

true under the right circumstances you can manage to have a good time. i only brought 400 with me last time i went 3 weeks ago. couldve stack upmore since the trip was so so sudden. i got into two clubs(poetry and tao) for free pretty much. tao for my cousins 21st and poetry for my buddies cousinsbday, not to mention i dont really drink even though we had table service at tao. ate at a few buffets and won 500 playing roulette at mgm i think it was.copped myself a cigar and ended my weekend with a lap dance at Talk of the Town , the same strip club they filmed the Hangover.

me being a college student and all, i really aint got much to spend so i improvise.

on another note: anybody catch the Beatles Love show at the Mirage i believe? i thought about waching it bought held back since nobody i was with was willingto pay a bill for a show.

im in NY never been to LV and prob wont shop too much. I'd mostly party with a little gambling mixed in, im thinkin 2-3 gs would be just about what I need
