Serious question. Just wondering whether NTers are emptying their bowels enough. I try to keep it to twice a day. Once when I get home from work and once before bed. What about you?

once every morning at work and 2-3 times a day on the weekend... i drink the night before and it doesnt sit well the next day... some days during the week i dont poo at all

Uh, no. If I need to go, I go. If I don't and it's been awhile I sit on the toilet and usually something would come out.

Really depends on how hard I hit the coffee when I get to work

If I get 2 cups of coffee, once a day. Coffee makes me need to **** damn near instantly

If 1 cup, maybe I will that day and maybe I wont. Bought to get that second cup going now, havent dropped a log today

either eggs or milk make me poo instantly... also if something greasy too... i had cheese fries and a burger at shack shake and was in a rush to drive home to poo...
