got a meeeeeeeeeeeeeean hunger for waffle fries with melted cheese..word to the 7eleven melted cheese..got the waffle fries and a blocc of velveeta cheese...idont want that ''thick and gets cold stupid fast'' melted cheese i want to know how to make that ''runny(pause)" melted cheese.

I would imagine, without prior knowledge, to boil water in a pot and put the cheese in a heat resistant bowl, and lay the bowl in the pot.

I figured that would be not as even heating.

Tried to microwave nachos that way myself and it got cold/hard fast. Wasn't using velveeta though. Just the Kraft bag of shredded.

Thus, bad idea on my part.
 
boiling some milk or cream and add the cheese slowly while continuously stirring. I'm an avid cook

yes do this, but add some milk and youre good to go
 
it microwaves fine. Microwave it separately in some tupperware and stir it until all the clumps are gone
