How to clean the tounges on my Spiz-ike?

Hey so like the title saids im wondering how i can make my tounges on the spize ikes back to white again its a bit dirty shold i just throw em in the washer orget a bleach pen???If there is a thread already made for cleanin spiz ikes please help me out and redirect me,thanks! Also im rockin the
white/varsity red-true blue spiz ikes...

try going to footlocker...dont kno if they sell them in the US but they have shoe cleaners there footlocker brand and they get anything off
 
Water/soap or bleach pen like you said.

I try staying away from the washer when it comes to shoes, especially the dryer.

If you've never cleaned a piece of white rubber before, you need to keep the word "Sneaker-head" out of your mouth.

yea dude, it's not that hard.
Just get a moist towel and rub it hard over the tongue..
