How to Grow a beard Vol. I have no beard at all...

I wanna grow a full beard but I have very little almost non existance beard at the moment.

Is there some food i can eat, cream I can apply to grow more beard?

yep all the dudes on my dad side of the family don't have beards. I'm 23 w/o a beard. so genetics is the key
