lol porn doesnt slow down your computer... just defrag once every 2 weeks,run antivirus/spyware/malware once a week and you should be good.

Spybot to remove all the spyware from the PC.
AVG to search for any viruses.
Defrag your hard drive.

theres a lot of things you can do to make your laptop faster ...but some people mistake a laptop for a desktop and a laptop is not meant to run like a desktopunless you invest a pretty penny into it...if you're not using a laptop to make money its basically a liability.
