not really losing much since i have an ipad(using it as a phone and all the media stuff).. being able to tether to the ipad on long trips with unlimited 4g sounds good.. i am trying to get rid of 32gb ipod touch 4g.. the thunderbolt looks nice.. i love the look of the evo 4g and the evo 3d is one too many dimensions for my eyes..Originally Posted by StillIn729

This will allow you to enter a hidden "Testing" menu.
Open Phone information.
Change from CDMA+LTE/EvDo Auto -----> CDMA Auto (prl)
This will disable 4G (unless you need it, you can re-enable) and will extend your battery significantly.
You can also download the "Phone Info app made by SC@Taiwan" if you don't want to dial that number every time.
