My keyboard stopped functioning.. i reset the phone and nothing.. I press the caps and the "fn" buttons and the light doesn't light up.. thishappened to anyone?

I took mines to the sprint store and they replaced my keyboard.

just get the insurance, then replace it. It's like 4$ and they'll replace it free at the store or charge you 100$ if you use the online do it yourselfinsurance claim but they send it SUPER fast. Like literally your phone gets its own plane or something and gets mailed right to your *%% because everytimeI've had mine in like 12-16 hours and it ships from Kentucky (to Oklahoma)
