It’s an opportunity for a lot of screen time when cable news numbers will be up across the board. Many up and comers want it, idk what Anderson’s reason would be maybe he’s just that empathetic.

CNN puts alot of their top talent out in the field like that. Whether it be in hurricanes like Anderson. Or war zones. Pretty much see all their anchors do it like it's a rotation thing for as long as I can remember
