I AMSTERDAM! Help needed.

Whats up fellow NTers, I just confirmed my flight ticket to Egypt this spring. I will be flying KLM so I have a layover out in Amsterdam for 13 hrs. Being a 

 its been my dream to hit up that spot. So im wondering if any other NTers been there and have any suggestions for me. Not only cofffee shops but in general what can I check in this beautiful city. Thank you!

I have been there, stayed for a few days. It's not only beautiful but also really easy to get around. There is the sex museum, torture museum, Anne Frank's place, Van Gogh Museum, I can't remember much else cause I was high for basically the whole trip and it was a while ago.

We basically walked everywhere, but you can also hire a bike which is a great way to see Amsterdam. Everyone speaks very good English too so you will be fine if you get lost.

To be honest if I had 13hours I would just go and enjoy the 'coffee' shops. We spent a whole day at various shops just smoking it up and chatting with people, watching the world go by.

If you get there at night don't miss the red light district, walk around have a look, do some window shopping lol. The sex shows are a bit of a rip off but an experience and don't try taking pics of the ladies in the windows you may get beaten down.

Don't be stupid and keep anything when leaving Amsterdam, you are searched vigorously when you leave. We left by train and the amount of people searched and detained was amazing. You're going to Egypt anyway so there is good 'coffee' there too.

You will take the train from Schipol to the centraal station in Adam. The city is laid out in a half circle, with the train station located at the top.
I was hitting up that red light at 11:00am though
Mind you, the females were of a lower quality... but I was also not the 100th dude to roll thru 

50 euros a round... safer than the females you'd pickup in clubs at home. no shame haha

I smoked hash and walked around admiring the architecture for literally 10 hours a day on weekends. The canals, row housing, historical buildings,

. I lived in a village an hour away so I'd just hit up the dam when I felt like it.

The shopping it okay. It's all long rows that extend further and further away from the train station. The main one is called Kalvallstraat or something... eventually leads you to the square and there are good stores there. Everything is rather expensive though.

Dude names micmorales or something on NT lives there. mad cool dude.. can't remember his SN exactly tho.

i was there just last summer....pretty amazing even for the few days that me and my homies stopped there for. Im not sure where the airport is, but if you get near the central train station, everything is pretty close. check out a couple different coffee shops, cuz prices will range, and find one with a cool atmosphere to kick it in...some of these coffee shops actually have really good coffee/tea also  

. if you have some time at night, visit the redlight district- its not as cutty as you think. theres the anne frank museum...although i dunno if youre trying to hit that up...the canals and waterways are really nice too. the architecture in general is pretty cool

Grab a Heineken or Amstel, well, anywhere.

Peep broads on bikes.

Red Light is definitely worth a stroll.

You can actually land at Central Station, go to the Greenhouse or Grasshopper. One is pretty close. And Red Light is pretty close to that.
