i dont get it (buying online)

i dont get it, like when i go online to FL or FA  i see jordans (restocks) and when i try to buy them it says out of stock. Does every jordan release at 8:00 am .Here is an example

and when a jordan releases do you half to have a twitter to press the link because the last 3 times i went for a jordan online it was sold out and i clicked as soon as the count down was over. i saw after the grape release people were talking about a link from twitter.

The shoes aren't really in stock.
Footlocker and affiliates post canceled or returned orders then leave the product page up even after its sold out. A lot of times it's just one or two pairs.
