I Don't Think "Certain People" Understand Proper Public Pet Management

similar thing happened to me today in the park. Was jogging and there was this person walking with their dog. The Dog isnt on a leash and is stopping by every passerby and approaching them. Knowing my luck, right away I felt that it was gonna do more than just approach me. He began to chase behind me and started barking and acting aggressive. The idiot owner is still walking and calling the dog rather than running after it and putting the leash on it. So I run it back towards the owner and they grab it . So I said you should really put a leash on the dog. Few moments later who do I see chasing after another passerby. This time around its a older women that its chasing. >:

I live in a neighborhood where certain kinds of people always seem to let their dogs poop and urinate everywhere. It's like the concept of responsibility, cleaning up after their dog, escapes them.
It's absolutely frustrating having to watch where you walk because you don't want to step in dog ishhh. Seems trivial, but lil stuff like this impacts the entire neighborhood. If you aint willing to do your part to maintain a nice community, why should anyone else? Then they wanna complain about biased treatment when social services are lacking in the 'hood...

Duhhh put the kids on leashes as well! Easy solution... If a kid comes up to me I'm going to call child services... See how quick the parents grab their kid

nah it's not. its damn annoying to have a little kid run up to my dog and get it all riled up. it's all good if you ask first, but the people who just run up and touch a dog on a leash are damn stupid and risking their hands

On also that same note. Why do parents let there kids out with no supervision, then act all surprise when their kid gets kidnapped.
There's a bunch of 5-10 year old kids in my old neighborhood that just wonder the streets, with none of their parents around.

I think it's worse when you at someone's crib and they just letting their dog run wild tryin to play with me.
I usually hit'em with the "u gon do smthin bout this or am I?" look.

Don't go to their house if its that big of a problem to you... When I have people over I control my dog but I'm not going to lock him up just because people are there...
