Yep slip ons were everywhere in the early 00s. I had a pair of the Answer Iv joints I'd rock all the time lol. Still used them for work shoes after a year or so.

I also had a couple And1 slip ons i rocked from time to time haha.

There was nothing like the boys hovering over the new Eastbay and seeing the drops. I really really really want to see some issues from the mid-90s like 92-95. I can't find anything anywhere. I think it's lost media at this point until someone 40 and over finds a copy and takes some pics/scan it.

I may have some but I think the oldest I'd have would be from early 2000. I have a couple of tubs of stuff to go through. Like, VHS tape old lol

93-95 was peak Eastbay for me. Wasn't much into sneakers in the late 90s and when I got back into it in the 2000s everything was online. So really looking for those old issues but can't find anything.

I still have all my VHS tapes from the 90s. Last one I bought might have been 1999 or 2000.

Funny thing is current Jordans all look fake to me. The shape, the quality, the bs colorways make it harder to tell than it was back in the day. Nike air force 1s too idk why they keep messing with the toe box
