Most of the time it wont work, if the restore file has the trojan too whats the point you're just gonna keep reinfecting. Look for the name of the trojanand look online theres hella forums that tell you what to do. You might have to get ot the registry keys but be careful what you remove, get spybot, ad-aware,run some other programs as well.

Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware, download it at : http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Some computer viruses are tricky.. even if you do manage to delete them.. right after you turn on your computer the next time.. it'll install itself againbut this scanner manages to take care of that.. This scanner rocks! Give it a try, if it knows how to do what I just said, it should be able to take care ofyour problem. It's kept my computer problem free ever since I've had it. If it doesn't, what I suggest is you type that trojan name into google andsee what people did to take care of it.

Scan it in safe mode..tap f8 while the pc starts then use a different anti virus such as malwarebytes..scan the pc then restart

thanks for the help fellas.. ima try the system restore first and hopefully it works.. if not, ill try looking up the trojan on google..

I got one of those once myself, yuuup watch those pron sites homie...

I used an average virus scanner. That took care of it. AVG I believe..

What browser do you use the most? If its Firefox uninstall that asap. I swear Firefox has given me viruses on multiple occasions and one last week had torestore my comp. Use Google Chrome once your done.
