i have a question. i need some answers.

1. paid a ticket when i was 17 for doubling up on a swipe at train station

does that go on some form of permanent record?

2. what are the knife laws in new york state?

long story but i bagged for a fold knife during an illegal search and seizure...
blade cant be no bigger then 4 inches...isnt really bigger then my palm at all...

cause i mean they stopped me for a ridin a bike i wasnt on...
then just went off searching for +!%%...didnt even seem like they cared for the knife...but bagged me for it anyway..

but is there a legal way in which to carry a knife...?

i know spring, button or automated or like gravity is illegal done deal...

but somethin like a manual fold i supposedly should be good if blade length is as well to par with regulations
