I legit know nothing....please help

I have a guy in my area who is looking to buy beater retro Jordans. I have these two pair in my house, i know nothing about them frankly i have no idea how they even got here but i figure after a year sitting around my house their owner no longer wants them and if i can make a few extra bucks awesome. Clearly they are in very very poor condition, i can take more pics if anyone needs them. i need to know what the names of them are, if they are authentic or not and how much i could get for them, he is willing to pay up to $100 cash on spot, i just dont want to get low balled. thank you so much more your time i greatly appreciate it.

The black pair are the Air Jordan XXIs (OG release)

The "cough" white pair are Jumpman Pro Strongs (retro release)

Both are authentic, and in that condition probably worth about $30 bucks combined... if that guy is offering you $100 then I suggest you bite his hand off.

i personally wouldnt pay a dollar for either pair. so if hes giving you 100. take it and run
