I need a new watch

So it's that time for a new watch. I'm looking for a watch that I can wear everyday, one that looks nice, a casual watch, not too flashy but not too dull, something pleasing to the eye.

I have a small wrist so the watch is going to have to fit. I'm not looking to spend more than $75. (If any really cheap watches are out there recommend them first)
