if you have terrible credit to begin with, just go to the ER.  they have to treat you.  just be a deadbeat lowlife and dont pay the bill and let them send it to collections.  your credit is junk anyways, so who cares if it lowers your score from 530 to a 495.  atleast you wont have brown pee pee anymore.
