what that russian link somewhat mentions is the case for most of our nuclear armaments here in America: the launch panels, interface, technology is that old that it can't be hacked. They are on either own separate databases only connected to each other by LAN while needing to physically be there to turn the key. and some of the launch controls are dated to the point of an Atari 2600 or Commodore could challenge it tech wise
