I'm looking to buy a wireless router. I plan on using it mainly for my Laptop and my PS3. I was told that there are different types of routers. So which isbest type and brand of router for my needs?

Assuming you have a 802.11n laptop, get an 802.11n capable router. Also you're going to not want to use the wireless on the PS3 because that only is802.11g. So to get the best network performance, hardwire the PS3 to the router.

Update; So I was randomly searching for a signal and I'm able to use someone's signal from a Belkin router for my PS3 and Laptop. Is there any risk indoing this? Is my personal information accessible or anything?
