IceJJFish Young Youtube Sensation--> On The Floor- Legitimate Hot Song?

Sup yall,

I'm sure most of you have heard of this young aspiring artist/youtube sensation by now. Yes, his fame has come at the expense of his humility, but his confidence and passion has become endearing to many of the million of youtube viewers of his channel. 

Despite his strange singing voice, I want to ask yall a serious question. From a songwriting and song structure/composition perspective, is "On The Floor" a hot song? 

In my opinion, YES. Get the right vocalist on this track, and do the melody and lyrics justice (the lyrics are hot IMO,) and you have a great song.
