I'm selling off my OG 12s, 13s and 14s. They're pristine condition but unfortunately without box.

What are the ways to confirm to potential buyers these are the OGs for each model? I know there are usually slight differences in material and/or design from OG to various retro releases.

12s are the "playoff" color way (black/white)

13s bred

14s bred

Also, the 12s white sole has yellowed due to oxidation. I'm painting them using proper acrylic paint for sneakers. That should be okay, no? And on the 13s I'm doing the hologram fix (removing the "fogginess" using a blowdryer). Should I not do these fixes? Anything I should be aware of?

Thanks fam!

On all, show tongue tag of course.

12's - Tossed my OG's, but I believe my OGs had metal lace eyelets at the ankles. Retros have plastic eyelets.
13's - Biggest difference is the 3M on the side panel. No 3M on 2013 Retro, 2004 did though.
14's - Inside of the shoe against the arch, OG's have a huge meshed air vent. They covered this on the Retros.

12s - confirmed that the eyelets on the ones I have are metal

13s - 3M, not sure what you mean, can you elaborate?

14s - confirmed the vent goes all the way to the inside of the shoe (compared to my retros from 2011 where the outside vent is cosmetic and doesn't go all the way through to the inside)

Thanks for the info, mate!

Regarding the tongue tag -- is the number there identifiable with the exact model?

Last thing ... is there a credible source/site that states these things? In my eBay auction I will point out these things (document with photos of course) and then refer to sources.

No problem! 3M is that reflective material on the side panel that flash when light shines on them.

XII - the top portion of the front of the tongue is shorter, the back piece of the midsole is dyed, not painted

XIV - the tongue lays straight, it's isn't seen to stand up, metal aglets, metallic finish on the midsole "fingers"
