It would have won an Oscar and been an IMDB Top 250 movie.  Imagine that dance sequence in Bryant or Central Park.  Game Over.

The whole film was shot in and around the Downtown LA area.  What are you talking about?
*Edit* For what it's worth, NYC is much more beautiful than LA, but we've pretty much seen all the sights already, this film showed a different side of LA that is rarely seen in film.

movie was about a simp that got his heart broken by a chick that from the get go told him she didn't want a relationship.

the only good thing about that movie was Zooey.
