If you lose it, someone can use it. If it's reported stolen, they'll lock the serial number.

t-mobile diffrent then att? cause att dont do %$*% you just pop in another sim and you should be able to unlock and use again you can even do that withverizons and sprint but you gotta unlock for metro or cricket

Cuz T-Mobile's number one priority are their customers. I've had people complain to customer care and get free phones from them and *@%%.
