The USA is technically still at war in Korea. The war was never declared over and thousands of troops are still near the border of North Korea.

O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.
With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!
From far and wide, O Canada,
We stand on guard for thee.
God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.
You're too old anyway.
I have a son, and I don't want anyone telling him 'You, get over here. Grab this stuff. Go fight, soldier!'
So basically you want to go out like a %$@!+?
When it comes to the opinions others would have of me and my own self, I'd rather for you to think I'm a coward than for me to know Ifought for something I don't believe in.
When it comes to the opinions others would have of me and my son, I'd rather for you to think I'm a coward than for me to know that I taught my son howto live peaceably, then allowed someone else to tell him to go fight.
If you think it makes you more G, more hard, more bad- #+% to go fight a war that you really don't know everything about, knock yourself out, chief. UncleSam is counting on your adrenaline-charged, thrillseeking naivete to accept his offer to fight instead of being a little *#+#*.
Hoo rah.

But how could we know for sure? I mean, what if we attacked Sweden for some reason but out of no where they unleash 1,000 autobots we'd be #+$%#*.

It depends on what the war was based on. If our sovereignty was in jeopardy and the people/places I love were truly threatened, I have no problem tooling up.
I have no problem dying early for a cause that I believe in. However, dying for someone's ulterior motives, lies, and deceit? I can't go.
They say a coward is someone who will run from war. To that I respond, a fool is someone who will give their life do to blind faith.
