If ur asking for advice for a cop.  I would say hit the wrecker auctions in the Valley and Paramount.  The homies people brought a S550 with quarter panel damage fixed it all up for around 15k, but the resale ain't s**t because of the salvaged title.  If your looking to ball on a budget more power to you OP the wrecker yards are your best bet.  Them joints be having low miles on them and not that much damages

Some of yall are really over estimating the value of these cars.

You can find 1st gen boxters for 10k ALL day long and 15k for a nice C5 Vette is pretty average.
