Im pissed off

Ive emailed them for a tracking number yesterday . and im yet to receive my gamma 11's . i recieved an email before and they said 8-10 days. Should i call my debit card company and file for a refund . this is getting ridicoulus , has anyone filed for a refund and got it ? PLEAASSSEEE HELP . i could put that $130 to goo use
