Anyway, Young and Elway are in a different class than Vick. Young excelled at both aspects, scrambling and passing, and was the highest rated QB ever when he retired. We know Elway.

Vick, up until last year, did not have nearly the pocket presence as any of the greats. His accuracy wasn't great either. He was simply the best athlete on the field and was able to compensate for areas he lacked with his exceptional athleticism.

If he continues to play like last year, then we can have that argument, but not right now.

1) Vick was pure athlete before Reid and Mornhinweg taught him how to make reads

2)As said before, when Brady and Manning is faced with a Elite frnt four they are less effecticent ex: Brady was getting handled by Suh and the boys in that preseason game while Vick would have escaped and still got of a pass if someone was open

3) (i know i may seem like a stan but bare with me) Mornhinweg who  coached Young in San Fran says that Vick has the ability to be even better than Young but that doesn't take away from the fact that Vick has work to do and Steve Young is on a whole nother level

4) People are saying Vick looks terrible so far and that's far but he's holding back cause it is preseason and his starters at some point are riley cooper and chad hall 

5)Vick is top 3, and Moon doesn't get nough credit

I'm curious to see if last year was an aberration for Vick or if he's really that good this late in his career.

Josh Freeman sucks, Mcnabb sucks, and Vick is an absolute freak of nature ... He still can't read a defense though ... Warren Moon was the closest thing to a black successful qb you can get and he was a punk for a person and alienated a lot of people ...

This. Seems like 90% of black QBs that come out of college are forced to be RBs, WRs, or "wildcat specialists." Dudes like AJ Feeley, Curtis Painter, and Caleb Hanie have jobs, though.

Don't put words in my mouth, I never said that. Quit acting like I'm tripping. 70% of NFL players are black. Why are there NO black kickers? Anybody who played football at a black high school knows that the kicker on their team was obsolete compared to the kickers at white schools. If a black player played kicker in high school and went on to play in college, there is no chance he plays that position in college UNLESS he goes to an HBCU. The track record speaks for itself. Race don't matter, the wins are what its about. _s arguing about it not being enough black qbs but with 70% of players in the NFL being black, seems like they have had ample opportunity.
