In search of a pic Vol. Jordan 4's

I remember seeing a while back someones background pic was of the jordan 4's the cement and breds.  The laces were knotted together with the words love under it.   I've been looking for it forever and still can't find it.  Anyone have the original pic or know where to get it.   Would appreciated the help
