He makes you believe what he says, and wants him to stay longer, no romo ...

Is the inviting infectious personality more learned, or something you're born with?

Does it come from having knowledge on the situation ...

Or you just know how to talk to people and get them to buy in?

I'd say both. It obviously comes more naturally for some, but I think it can be learned to some degree.

I believe it's a trait that can be reached if taught but if its genuine its doesn't come off forced or fabricated.

It starts with your confidence. If one has that then one part of equation is solved.

Literally it's like dealing with a salesman, if you believe in what your talking about and display that confidence behind your product you can literally talk anyone into anything.
