They are the nike air chapukas, they were part of the alpha project and they are meant for underwater running and training in pools.

Your welcome, they released in 2001 ,
i dont have any photos of me wearing them but i wore them to Kings Island a few months back and i can tell you they are amazingly comfortable.
I rlly like that read colorway, im definatley gonna track that pair down.
