6'4" here

Anything under 200 lbs won't cut it.

I'm 6'4" too. 190 is my limit.

Just bought the DVD set. Craigslist FTW! All 13 DVDs, Nutrition Guide and workout Calender for $20! Definitely beats the $130... ... well except no "Earned it" T-shirt

Damn you are harsh east to west.

But I have been doing it. I haven't lifted any weights for weeks. Just got tired of weights to be honest. Been doing insanity. I always eat right though.

How do you like it? And yeah i'm on the same boat as you... I just been lifting all last year, I put on about 15lbs of muscle mass, and I think i'm tired of the whole *snooki* Gorilla juicehead *snooki* look... I wanna cut down and be ripped as I once was, like in Highschool.

I like it, the only thing is I have flat feet. So the arches in my feet (especially my left) is bothered because I usually do it barefooted in my living room. I just never feel like going to the gym anymore man. Seriously. I just might do videos like this and videos that are ONDEMAD besides going to the gym. I play ball too so I get a lot of my cardio from that.

But I like it. Really gets a good sweat going.

Nice... thanks for your input/review. Can't wait to start on Monday, i'm gonna give me knees a rest this whole week, as I been hooping for like 3 weeks straight, 5 hours a day.

I've been trying to gain weight(lean muscle though) recently. Does anybody know what type of calorie intake I would need if I was planning on doing this program or p90x

Day 1 was today. I'm doing Insanity with my girl. It's HARD. Much harder than I thought it would be. I found myself taking a lot of breaks. Definitely more of a workout than your run-of-the mill cardio routine. Mind you I'm 6'3" 210 and I consider myself pretty athletic, hoop more than 4x a week etc.
