The first half was scary, but it was like any other haunted house movie to me. I liked the second half more because it was different, minus the horrible costume that the main demon wore. That was super cheesy. Going through the spirit realm was something different though and it had a good ending IMO.
Hyped for number two.

I'm a horror movie buff, and in since The Exorcist and maybe Blair Witch no movie has actually had me this shook.
Insidious was good tho.

The first one was def. better, I thought the 2nd was good James Wan could've done without the humor throughout the movie IMO kinda killed the suspense, I still like it, pretty creepy and everything connected well.

The lead up to ish getting real on The Conjuring was what made it good for me. That demon was not playing around by the end.
I've never seen a demon shoot a gun, after that scene I was like maybe this family should just take the L.

I wasn't either, but good movie. It's like "Drag me to hell", it was a good movie but it wasn't all that scary. There are certain elements a horror movie needs to have to truly have me shook.
