They asked these questions in the middle of the day when all the intelligent people are out making money. These people have no jobs, probably never went to college, and just walked past because they wanted to be on TV. Plus you have to add in the magic of editing as the reason why the people in this video look so dumb.
A lot of those questions were really easy, but a couple I did not know off the top of my head and if edited could make me look really dumb.

Chances are they asked a ton of people and only made a video showing the stupid folks. Trust me. Folks are just as dumb in other nations.

Look at the type of individuals they are asking. No offense to them, but seriously you can just tell by the way they speak they wouldn't know.

If we went to the UK and asked a bunch of questions to random people not in one of the larger cities, I guarantee you we would get a lot of dumb answers and good answers, but we could edit and show only the dumb ones too.
