Internet Explorer Help!!!

So my parents have IE on their comp (SMH I know) and it started not allowing them to go to popular sites like ebay and youtube saying....

RESTRICTED SITE-

SYSTEM INFECTED

I went and made sure all sites were allowed and not blocked, but idk what else to do...

Hmm..... Sounds like you were trying to visit pron sites that your parents blocked off from their computer.

either that or you have a virus.

Run a scan.

Not to change course of the thread but since this is in the line of computers might as well, when i turn on my computer, on my desktop 'my documents' keep popping up. Anyone know how to stop this? I already searched on google and the help that was posted didnt help. Thanks in advance.

Clear cache
Default security options
Default advanced options
run with no add-ons
try to launch url from run prompt


If those fail STOP using Internet Exploder.

I use firefox on my own comp and told my pops to get it awhile ago...
