I had braces but didnt wear my retainer so my teeth are starting to shift a little

Yeah you really cant notice unless the owner actually told you they were wearing it

yes i had them. they were great! just make sure you clean them frequently especially after you eat! The only bad thing is your teeth will be sore the first couple days with a new tray but its not that bad.

Im going on my second tray next week. I experienced some soreness the first few days and talked with a lisp (sp), but it goes away. As mentioned above, make sure you clean the trays after you eat. Nobody has noticed that I have them.

I had braces and they didn't work out either. My retainer broke, and my teeth shifted before I could get a replacement. I tried Invisalign, and it was totally worth it. My insurance covered the cost of everything, and unlike braces, they aren't bulky and annoying. The first few weeks were painful, just like with regular braces.

Posting for when I get to my laptop... I've done invisilign and if it works for your situation and you can afford it you should do it for sure... ill post more later
