Iphone experts, HELP!!

I reset my Iphone and now it won't turn on? Like, the black screen with the apple comes on and it shows the loading icon, but it never boots up? Is it awrap?
Phones was unlocked/jailbroken if that matters

plug it into usb and open itunes

press home and power button for 10 seconds

without letting go of home button release the power button.

you should get a message on itunes to restore.
