iPhone heads I need some help here.

So, I want to restore my iPhone, but before I do so I want to make sure I save all my contacts, pictures and apps. Does anyone know how to do this before I restore???

BTW, I have a Macbook Pro, but when I got this iPhone i used to connect it to a PC computer.

You can back all of that up via iTunes.
