iPhone help please!

So I tried to erase everything on my 3g so I could return it to the store and put money towards the 3g s and now my phone won't power all the way on. Itgets to the Apple logo and then resets and keeps repeating the process.

Anyone know what I should do? I let the battery run out and then tried to sync it to my computer but nothings happening.

Blackberry FTL I only pay $40/month for everything.

Battery was dead but I plugged it in and it still won't work.

Last, You can return the 3g is it's within 30 days of the original purchase

Connect it to the charger. Than hold the home and power button and when u see the apple logo remove your finger from the power button and keep it on the homebutton. It should be put in restore mode.
