Iphone help please

I plugged my iphone into the computer to try to download itunes,and now my phone is stuck on a picture that shows a usd cable with an arrow pointing up to theitunes logo. When i try to slide it open it goes to the emergency call. What do I do?

You have to restore fam.

how do i restore?

Go to iTunes and where you can usually press sync there should a be "restore" button as well.

Sreen shot! You can just enlarge it to where you want it and press the home button and sleep button.
