- So i was walking up the steps and my phone drop down a flight of steps and had a cracked screen.

- Three days later (today). It fell from my waist height. It turned off and i cant turn it back on..

Anyway i can get my info, note, #'s saved from it ?

It don't power on when i plug it in the power cord or pc





& If i save a number on my iPhone, does it automatically get saved to the SIM card ?

Nope you have to have a jailbreaken app to do that.
If you have a recent backup on iTunes then the numbers that you have will still be there.
