iPhone Music to Mac?

been looking for way too long and haven't come up with a good answer so here I am

need to transfer a 600 song playlist from my phone to my macbook for free

all i can find are windows programs

u cant transfer the files from the computer that ur phone was synched to ur mac??? im just curious
