Ipod/Itunes Experts Needed!!

ok so i have my ipod that was synchronized with my old computer (that is broken, then erased then trashed) but is there anyway to get the songs off onto my newcomptuer?? thanks in advance

i need help ? my itunes video section always makes duplicates of the movies i have on the list. even if i delete the 2nd or 3rd copy of the video, when i syncit just duplicates certain videos again. how can this problem be stopped ?
