Ipod Touch "Help"!

I just picked up a itouch and i am having problems uploading movies and pictures. Can someone please help?

Click the respective tabs in iTunes to change their settings.

i have itunes and i converted my music no problem. How can i convert my movies from my desktop to ipod touch?

The movies need to be mp4 format.
After you make sure you have that, add them to itunes.
then sit back and wait for it to sync
